GBStill have not received order - or any info about order. Order two table tennis tables in mid July. They’ve been marked as “shipped” since the other was placed. It’s August 1. No tracking information. Little to no help via their chat. These are heeded by August 10 for a client. Horrible way to do business.

GBThey cancelled my order and did not notify me Ordered a product on July 29 for my husband's birthday present and received the confirmation email. The next day I received an email thanking me for making my first purchase. Then nothing. So about a week later I went back to the confirmation email and clicked on the link to view my order. The order was cancelled on July 31. But they didn't bother to contact me to let me know it was cancelled. It would have been nice to have been notified.

GBCommunication has been sporadic.. Communication has been sporadic... My package was delivered without a call to set up delivery ... and it arrived without the cage .... which I paid for. I find it frustrating that there isn't a call center and that I now will have to wait for an update on where the missing cage is...

GBCouldn't ask for anything more! I ordered a grill cover, which came promptly and was exactly as described. The photos and dimensions on this site made it easy to choose the correct cover for our grill, the quality is good, communication was excellent (Marvellesures kept me posted at each step, from "Order Received" to "Order Delivered." Couldn't ask for anything more.
