The shipping was a little delayed and… The shipping was a little delayed and well to be honest annoyed me, because I didn’t receive any correspondence on the delay. But finally received my product and I love it. Only problem I have with it is that the freeze duration isn’t as long as boasted. Over all great pipe. Nothing on freezepipe but shipping to… Nothing on freezepipe but shipping to Canada was horrible. About a month after deliver Fedex sends me $115 bill for shipping i'm assuming due to customs don't know i'm not paying they can come back and pick up the bong and send it back to you guys before I pay that outrageous b/s. I would not have even considered ordering if I knew it was going to be that bad. However I'm enjoying the bong its nice and cool.
