Triple threat advertising I like your product and am looking at other pieces but this triple threat advertising is driving me a bit nuts.

They're very friendly, quick to respond, and understanding! Besides that, the bong XL is a game changer. Smoothest, chilliest, most glorious bong rips I've ever taken. 10/10 recommend.

I thought I loved this company but time told the real story Cheap build quality along with very unique and not universal pieces. If one thing breaks you have to buy their $80 attachment to resume normal schedule. The bowl attachment I got to replace my bubbler is useless. Air leaks and very harsh hit. After roughly $250 and only 1.5 months of use I’ve given up on this company… over priced along with cheap quality while making you buy from them only.

The bong is well made but that's about it The bong is well made that being said The wait times was forever Communication within the company suck ass The quality of the glass is so trash that the bong can't hit anything even slightly without something breaking its absurd And the hits only nice for the first 10 mins then you gotta throw it back into the freezer even with the koozie Atleast for me this product was awful and not worth it at all

The pipe is amazing The pipe is amazing. The shipping was slow and communication could be improved, but I am totally satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the piece. I've just ordered another piece and am hoping for speedier shipping. I've heard that the company was overloaded for the holiday 23 season, so hopefully things will be better. Still, wonderful piece.
