I've just ordered another piece and am hoping for speedier shipping. I've heard that the company was overloaded for the holiday 23 season, so hopefully things will be better. Still, wonderful piece.

Met expectations The cooling chamber works well. The honeycomb slide helps keeping the burn balanced and avoids hard pulls. The delivery was on time with stated timeframe. My only critique is that the bong design doesn’t allow much space for inserting ice for an even cooler smoking experience.

This company is a joke This company is a joke. Terrible products with even worse customer service reps. It took 12 business days to deliver and was advertised to arrive in 5 or less It is clear when you talk to them that they've spent a lot of effort into covering their bottoms. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. These are the only people selling this gimmicky trash for a reason.
