GBGot one of the purple poofy balls first… Got one of the purple poofy balls the first time. The ball was very entertaining, but the strap on top broke not even 2 hours after playing with it. The next time I also got the same thing, just a different color which was orange and the strap broke after I pulled the tag off (The tag is DIRECTLY on the strap) and as much as I love claires, the strap is super weak and breaks always.

RUScam company, stealing email addresses and SPAMMing This scamming company illegally use my private data and sending SPAM. They stole my email and had subscribed me to their promo without my permission. And SPAM coming not a first time, I unsubscribe but they did it again.

GBScam company pretending to be legit Took my money for items that were unavailable. Ordered 7 items, only 3 arrived and nothing to say anything was missing. No one answers the phone and customer service email will argue semantics and ignore most of your concerns. Do not waste you time will be reporting these to Trading Standard. They should be shut down ASAP

GBDon’t Order Online!!!! I ordered something from them recently and they messed up the order because they use some idiotic convoluted shipping method where the order starts with UPS then gets transferred to USPS. Claire customer service said there was nothing they could do when my order was messed up and they wouldn’t resend it, they could only refund me. I still haven’t been refunded and I just will never get my order. I will never order anything from this company again. It’s ridiculous! I would give zero stars if possible.
