Another good experience :) Made another order here, cause the last one went great :) and this time again a good experience! Took a little longer for it to arrive, but that's probably because of the holidays. Again the packaging could be better, this time nothing was damaged luckily. But they should really improve on packaging. Also tracking doesn't always update properly and it doesn't say when it will arrive.. they could really improve on that too.

No care for customer This was the first and last time i ever order from this company. They don't respond to e-mails sent to their customer 'care', they don't package with care either. I ordered three tiaras and all of them were bent because there's no protection in the too big box that was dented like heck!!! The wares are just thrown in an empty box and it gets send on it's way... So disappointing, especially as i did like the actual stores very much. No solution for the damages either. I paid so much money for the tiaras and they don't even fit my head anymore, they're always crooked on my head. i am sooo angry!! Claire's, you need to step up your game for real!!!

Poorly made rubbish I purchased a pair of bracelets for my grand-daughters with "big sis" and "lil sis" beads. They were delighted but disappointedly the elastic broke on both within hours, leaving one of them in floods of tears. I felt I'd cheated them, but in reality it was Claire's that had cheated all of us with shoddy goods. I will not be buying from them again. Sadly I had bought them online and not kept the paperwork.

Really Claire's this is stupid! •Cheap materials✅ •High prices✅ •Unqualified, rude staff✅ •Infected ears✅ This shop should be shutdown for good everyone already agrees. This is the most disgusting and disappointing shop I've ever seen.

Scam company, stealing email addresses and SPAMMing This scamming company illegally use my private data and sending SPAM. They stole my email and had subscribed me to their promo without my permission. And SPAM coming not a first time, I unsubscribe but they did it again.
