She close the door to my face while I was talking to her during my return and she didn't want to accept my return even though I had my receipt and the card that I purchased them with. So unprofessional I wish the store director could get back to me because they're is a lot more to it.

GBI am more than enthusiastic about… I am more than enthusiastic about Claires. I had my right ear pierced at the first of June and my left ear pierced July 9th. Both of these experiences were really pleasant and positive. Their 3 week healing solution really works extremely well, my right ear was healed in 19 days and I replaced starter ear stud with one I had recently purchased, no issues at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Claires with no reservations at all. THANK YOU CLAIRES very much.

NLAnother good experience :) Made another order here, cause the last one went great :) and this time again a good experience! Took a little longer for it to arrive, but that's probably because of the holidays. Again the packaging could be better, this time nothing was damaged luckily. But they should really improve on packaging. Also tracking doesn't always update properly and it doesn't say when it will arrive.. they could really improve on that too.

IEAvoid online if living in Ireland Ordered stuff on 4th April,not shipped until 11th, didn't arrive until the 18th. Claire's need to up their game if they want to keep Irish customers. From where I am standing,they want our money, but we should be grateful they allow us to deal with them. Very shoddy experience.
