GBUnacceptable pricing difference between shop and online I was very disappointed with my experience at the Tonbridge branch today. I purchased 2 barrettes and was told that they were £6.00 each. I commented that this seemed expensive and was told by the assistant "We don't set the price" I checked this on the online website a couple of hours later only to find they were on sale there for £2.40. I feel that the difference in price between online and shop cannot be justified. I only wish I had read other reviews before buying as then I would have realised what a dreadful reputation Claire's has.

RUScam company, stealing email addresses and SPAMMing This scamming company illegally use my private data and sending SPAM. They stole my email and had subscribed me to their promo without my permission. And SPAM coming not a first time, I unsubscribe but they did it again.

GBWaste of Time and Money Don’t even bother wasting time and money. Website and app aren’t user friendly. Items break easily or some earrings don’t connect properly. Cheaper/discounted prices = cheap material. You get what you pay for. invest in good quality items that’ll last longer even if it’s higher priced.

GBAbsolutely awful Absolutely awful. Do not order from them. Ordered online on the Thursday and was advised ready to collect within hours. Heard nothing, four days later I was still chasing my order which had been cancelled without anyone bothering to let me know and despite Track My Order status still saying ‘In Progress’. Was told my money won’t have been taken until fulfilled which was incorrect as it was showing as having left my account. Terrible, unsympathetic service from staff in the store I was due to collect from. I’ll never order or visit again and will tell as many people as I can to do the same.

GBScam company pretending to be legit Took my money for items that were unavailable. Ordered 7 items, only 3 arrived and nothing to say anything was missing. No one answers the phone and customer service email will argue semantics and ignore most of your concerns. Do not waste you time will be reporting these to Trading Standard. They should be shut down ASAP
