DEVery bad UX and Usability compared to Miro Our team was forced to switch from Miro to Mural. I cannot express my deepest frustration about the bad user experience and horrible usability of Mural. Everything takes 6x longer and is a lot more cumbersome. I knew Mural from a few years back and hoped they improved but they did not.

GBTechnical probs sorted I had some technical problems and the customer service team were excellent. They were quick, polite and listened to my needs. Resolved after a few emails

GBAn essential tool in interactive workshops Have been using Mural in anger since just before the pandemic and really seen both usage and capability evolve since. Mural is now the core tool for training delivery globally for my team, and often for even casual workshops.

Absolutely phenomenal platform that… Absolutely phenomenal platform that works well. I've tried many others including Xmind, Clickup, etc. Nothing comes close.

ITMural is the tool that allows you to interact with people from different cultures and ways of thinking/acting. Mural is the tool that allows you to express yourself and what you want to communicate, adapting to your needs and those of others. It is not just a tool, but an important means of synchronous and asynchronous interaction and communication. It can be used both for personal reasons (organising trips, activities, book reviews, study notes) and for professional reasons in teams and to support entire organisations. I don't know what the future would be without Mural in everyone's present.
