Put a pre-launch deposit down on the…Fuell Fllow Cycle Put a pre-launch deposit down on the Fuell Fllow E-Motorcycle and have not been able to get my deposit back even though the bike is nowhere close to being available for launch. It seems that prelaunch consider launch as the start of the funding cycle to keep the project afloat. No one has any idea when the bike will officially start production which in my mind means that it hasn't launched yet. Not sure how consumers could have any faith in an organisation that runs this way. I've reached out to prelaunch and they have just ignored me, not even bothered to come back to me with an answer to my query. Seems like a bit of a scam to me.

Prelaunch does nor comply with money back warranty Prelaunch does nor comply with the rules they publish. The project i invested in has not delivered what the promised. Prelaunch states they will have the control over deposits and give back they money if project does not comply. They dont give my money back and say it is in hands of the launching company, which does not answer to reuqests.
