Excited to be runnning our first campaign! We have just started working on our first lead generaton campaign on prelaunch.com and are quite excited about the possibilities of how much traction we can get leading up to the main product launch campaaign in a few weeks time. Thanks to the incredible team we are working with and hope that this can be just the beginning of what we can look to do together in the future.

Good but somehow could have done better Overall experiences were acceptable even though in the onboarding I was told and understood that there will be someone guiding me through Meta and IG. When campaign was launched, I was kind of unsure whether Prelaunch's team would help in answering or else. I had to go through 5 different people because each one was responsible for their respective area of expertise. Would have wished there could be some internal communications so I didn't have to repeat many elements and correct them 4-5 times simply to ensure they fully understand my needs and ideas. The response time was somewhat slow. Would have wished they adjusted the campaign earlier instead of simply waiting for almost running out of budget to do it. Not sure whether the outcome would truly reflect the actual outcome. Time will tell.

Definitely safer than crowdfunding I used to back a lot of projects on Kickstarter and Indiegogo. However, the problem is many don't live long enough to deliver their products, so they end up losing money for the people who help bring them to life. Prelaunch guarantees the product is either made successfully or backers are refunded. It's a better value proposition than using crowdfunding.

Prelaunch does nor comply with money back warranty Prelaunch does nor comply with the rules they publish. The project i invested in has not delivered what the promised. Prelaunch states they will have the control over deposits and give back they money if project does not comply. They dont give my money back and say it is in hands of the launching company, which does not answer to reuqests.
