TPO is reasonably priced (for the US) TPO is reasonably priced (for the US), but the coverage isn't great. For some reason, I have no coverage in the old buildings in which I work and live. Other networks do have coverage in these buildings. I don't know what the problem is, but this is definitely a drawback! I also travel a lot for work and do not consider the international packages available either user friendly or reasonably priced.

Stable service and a great value. Had no issues with purchase or activation of service. Had no need to ever contact customer service when porting my number. Had no issues with automated billing or adding on data when needed. Service is comparable with service on 1st teir wireless carrier. Overall very happy with the value that TPO provides.

Great On Price but with a Few Caveats Great On Price but with a Few Caveats 1) If you have a family or spouse or business with multiple numbers, you have to create individual accounts for every phone number. This is a PIB. 2) Web site is often slow or just annoying when one has multiple accounts. Customer service has been responsive. Online help could be better for the technically inclined.

I bough three Moto g5 plus unlocked … I bough three Moto g5 plus unlocked phones from Costco and inserted TPO SIM cards. Phone works great. Calls connect. Unfortunately, picture texts do not load. Cannot send or receive photos. Service is weak. Data doesn't connect. I pay $100 a month for all three lines. Very cheap but with much sacrifice. My teenagers are not impressed. I like the charity benefit. I like going outside convention but I also like sending and receiving photo texts and connecting to WiFi.

I'm Very Happy I found it very easy to setup TPO account and port my number to TPO. Seamless experience. I never needed to contact customer support, all instructions are on the website. I followed the instructions and my TPO service was up and running without any hassles. Excellent pricing and good reception. No dropped calls. I'm happy. I was with TING but this is a much better deal plus you get to donate a portion of the bill to your favorite charity.
