We've have had a couple weird issues We've have had a couple weird issues, like the phones ringing but none of the extensions could pickup, and lines blinking on hold but the line couldn't be picked up. Also, sometimes more than one caller are on a single line, making it difficult to pick up the call you want. Better than Ring Central, and waaay better than Vonage.

JIVE FAX Problems Have no Live Tech Help! I cannot agree with the other 20,000 users. I tried to get help on FAXing because all of a sudden my capability to FAX was DOA after the acquisition but alas there are no people to help and the Help Pages are useless to resolve deep technical issues. So I am searching for another low cost phone and fax supplier.

The Jive Cloud The decision to go forward with the cloud solution was made to eliminate costs. Hardware, maintenance, various telephone billing for example. We are still going through our end of implementation and it is going great. Once you are On Jive, they will not leave you. Always there for support and ready to assist. Do not expect VoIP in the cloud to resemble any analog or digital telephone service. It is different in a good way. Jive also has various offerings of products and we chose Yealink telephones. Robust, includes firmware updates and many features.

Pretty Solid Service I've had a few excellent customer service calls with Jive. Our needs for the Jive system are relatively simple, so I can't speak to some of the robust functionality offerings. I feel like we pay a very fair price for the service we receive. The admin portal is pretty solid - it could be a bit more intuitive, but the knowledge base/help center is helpful when you need to connect the dots. Overall, a pretty solid tool.

Huge cost savings with many more features We moved from an Avaya pbx and we were able to save over 70% of the existing cost of our PRI and associated costs. We have new Yealink phones which the voice quality is actually better than the Avaya phones. Our conference phone can be connected to anyone's cell phone so we can take it to events outside the office. The GoToMeeting video capabilities is going to help us expand our service offering. The ability to email to fax is awesome! This purchase recommendation really made me look good.
