GBThe app is pretty much useless The app is pretty much useless. Frequently misses calls, kicks you off, you answer and cant hear anything, currently I cant call out.. I have internet connection and good cell service right now. I spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service one time and they ended with "yeah, i dunno, I wouldnt blame you if you switch companies." Oh yeah and the messaging has never worked once in the year that we have had it.

GBJIVE FAX Problems Have no Live Tech Help! I cannot agree with the other 20,000 users. I tried to get help on FAXing because all of a sudden my capability to FAX was DOA after the acquisition but alas there are no people to help and the Help Pages are useless to resolve deep technical issues. So I am searching for another low cost phone and fax supplier.

GBHighly recommend Jive!! Highly recommend Jive!!! I've used Comcast, AT&T, Nextiva and nothing comes close in terms of service and product performance. ATT was by far the worst! The whole company is a joke and only has business because of a monopoly. Nextiva is OK, but lacks many features that JIVE has including a much for sophisticated dial plan and call queue. Comcast mobility would be slightly better then Nextiva in terms of service and reliability. However JIVE is by far the best!!!!
