GBMy Experience with Jive Communications … My Experience with Jive Communications has been positive. We have used them for 9 or 10 years and have had very few issues. This is saying a lot considering this is a claims office and the entire business is on the phones. GBJive Makes Admin Easy! Jive makes administration of our company's phone system a breeze. They have a Jive Customer Center with training videos, how-to articles and you can ask questions there. You may also get support from their phone number. They are always quick to respond and understanding their instructions is simple, even for a non-tech savvy person like myself. Always professional, always courteous. We are a small company, but I can see so many things that would benefit very large companies as well. I really appreciate what Jive can do and how they do it!

GBTech support is out of this world! I had the pleasure of working with Robert B who was a senior tech there at Jive. He spent a great deal of time with me showing me all the capabilities and features of the JIve Communications platform. There are so many great features available and the interface is rather easy to navigate. They also follow up with your case until your problem is solved. I've used RingCentral and 8X8 and Jive seems to be the best out of them all. I think it is PC Magazine's editors choice for cloud PBX.

GBNot an appropriate mode of… Not an appropriate mode of communication for a small business operating off the mobile app. Service was terrible, phone calls always cut out and/or dropped completely. The app is not user friendly. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2 because the customer service was great. Everyone we worked with for customer service was always extremely kind and diligent. They always solved every problem they could, and explained things very well. We are just unhappy with the core functioning of the app, which is not something the customer service/training techs could fix.
