SUBSCRIPTION ISSUE I am currently a student and as part of my training, I have to write a research paper. Therefore, I need to conduct interviews and transcribe them into text. I chose to subscribe for only one month at $30, but without paying attention, I was charged $169 for a one-year subscription. I contacted customer support to get a refund and was contacted back in less than 24 hours to find a solution. I thank the Cockatoo teams for their assistance. On the other hand, the site is very intuitive and provides very good transcriptions for interviews of more than an hour. I recommend it!

Wrong rate. Dear Director, in 03 november 2023 I've written a e-mail To report that on that date I had signed up with you for a monthly subscription. Unfortunately, I missed the button and clicked on the annual rate. Have you taken care to clear this error of mine ? I am waiting for your reply because I need to join the audio transcription with the monthly payment. Thank you

great name, even better software 🦜 Cockatoo is THE BEST. Their software = ease. It's fast and intuitive and when you have to transcribe half-hour podcasts like me... a real time-saver. With it, I can just focus on editing and curating each interview, which is the fun part. Can't recommend enough! 💪

Lifesaver app Cockatoo is seriously amazing and made my work (and therefore life!) so much easier - the layout, the accuracy, I've been needing a transcribing app for years now especially since I often have hours of video to transcribe. Great job guys :)

Cockatoo is a fraud Cockatoo is a fraud, I uploaded my video and the srt file was two lines in Spanish, then a mixture of Spanglish.
