SUBSCRIPTION ISSUE I am currently a student and as part of my training, I have to write a research paper. Therefore, I need to conduct interviews and transcribe them into text. I chose to subscribe for only one month at $30, but without paying attention, I was charged $169 for a one-year subscription. I contacted customer support to get a refund and was contacted back in less than 24 hours to find a solution. I thank the Cockatoo teams for their assistance. On the other hand, the site is very intuitive and provides very good transcriptions for interviews of more than an hour. I recommend it!

I used the free trial on an MP4 I used the free trial on an MP4, which was a ZD Soft screen recording of a webinar. Brilliant!! With the presenter's natural speech with pauses and hesitation, I wondered where the transcription would end each sentence... Nailed it nearly 100% of the time, but I think you'd have to add in inverted commas yourself for dialogue, if it was an audio of a novel. And it was very fast in delivery...a few minutes. I'm hugely impressed.

Lifesaver app Cockatoo is seriously amazing and made my work (and therefore life!) so much easier - the layout, the accuracy, I've been needing a transcribing app for years now especially since I often have hours of video to transcribe. Great job guys :)
