No sound in or out A newly-bought PC was, after some days of trouble-free operation, showing no speakers/microphone installed, though they were. Very frustrating since I use Zoom regularly. Excellent Tech Support I was very frustrated when I tried to install and utilize the software. This morning (April 6th) I set time aside first thing to get tech support.
