GBI was apprehensive about the safety of… I was apprehensive about the safety of approaching my laptop issue through Outbyte so I took the risk. Pleasantly surprised that I got swift action from the chat line -Simon was incredibly efficient and simply took over my screen. After much jiggery pokery and amazing skill I am now able to work. GBAfter using Outbyte driver updater my had problems After using Outbyte driver updater my touch pad stopped working, my blue tooth speaker would no longer connect, and I had number of blue screen incidents. I have wasted time trying to fix and am now told I have to go back to Windows 10 to fix! Time is money and this program has wasted plenty

GBI am leary of remote control on my… I am leary of remote control on my laptop but you folks seem to be trustworthy, loyal, etc. All seems to be well and I look forward working with the TS32.

GBWonderful help Well I was very upset that I didn't hear from the company soon. The next morning I tried again and they NOT only fixed the issue with getting the program to work properly they fixed my printer and worked on Windows. WOW I did not know that there was so much to do. I would never could have done it myself. More than likely would have just gone and bought a new computer. What more can I say BUT THANK YOU.

PLthat they can trust an technician with remotly fixing their issues well at the begining i had trust issues, but i belive that's understendable, in the end, everything was solved out. Thank you Simon!
