Excellent Tech Support I was very frustrated when I tried to install and utilize the software. This morning (April 6th) I set time aside first thing to get tech support. The person who assisted me remotely completed everything and most importantly worked well with me during the step by step process. I am most impressed with the thoroughness of the help I received.
