Increasingly misleading and deceitful I've been a fan for a while, but the policies of AppSumo are increasingly anti-customer. For example they have removed the expiry dates for refunds. They also let in a lot of scammy software to allow a quick win for AppSumo and the seller and then products get ignored. I think this company has reached a size where it has to get increasingly aggressive about ways to make money at the expense of loyal customers. My love affair is over.

Never put your trust in Appsumo for the purchase of Lifetime Deals Never put your trust in Appsumo for the item you purchase! I bought Appsumo's lifetime Utrrr (Blakify) text-to-voice product, and it worked well at first. However, it stopped working all of a sudden, and when I contacted Appsumo support, all they said was that Utrrr had been acquired by someone else and they couldn't assist! Please use careful when purchasing any LTD from Appsumo since you might risk your hard-earned cash!

This company has been holding my hard… This company has been holding my hard earned money (over $700) for over 30 days. There is no contact number to reach them. I have emailed them several times and no one has done anything. Everyone says they are looking into it, even though Stipe has advised of exactly what they need to do to take care of the issue and they have done absolutely NOTHING. My next step is to retain an attorney!! Do not use them, they are scammers!!!

AppSumo customer service is excellent AppSumo customer service is excellent. They are quick to reply and quick to contact and help resolve the issue. I purchased an app approximately 3 years ago and they helped resolve the matter in a couple days. When you purchase an item from them rest assured they will be in your corner if anything isn't perfect.

Anna very quickly responded and could not have been more helpful in sorting it all out with me. We exchanged about 6 or 7 emails to resolve it and she was really pleasant and very efficient.
