One of my servers has been running non stop since 2016, and as far as i remember it has been down only once, however it was back up fast, and they gave information and updates on their status twitter. I'm notified in advance of planned outages (for security and infrastructure upgrades) in advance. They've also upgraded their cloud console so you can spin up instances, it's sweet. 10/10 would host again.

Wants an ID for a $4 VPS for fraud prevention. After using the service for a week, they want a an ID to pass a fraud check. I paid using bitcoin, how exactly would I commit fraud if I paid in advance?? Also, there's no way I'm going to send you an ID for a VPS. I'd rather go to another service provider who respects my privacy.

I never had any problem with the hosting service and when I had some question the support was fast, responsive and competent.
