Impressed by Fast, Efficient Billing Support I just wanted to share my recent experience with RamNode. I had a bit of an issue with my account and billing, and some charges were taken off my credit card in error. I was more than a little bit annoyed and decided to log a support ticket. To my surprise, I received a reply almost instantly and I was blown away by their response. There was no back and forth or hassle, they just refunded the charges immediately. I was so impressed by their service and the way they handled the situation. It was a really positive experience and it's made me a lifetime customer. The service has fair pricing The service has fair pricing. There are a few limitations, but the support team is incredible. They got back at me in a matter of minutes, always! They're a bit dry, but will solve your issues in no time. I can't recommend enough (I was a previous client of scaleway, their interface is better, but the service isn't)

Excellent host Excellent host. Have been with them for many years and never had a problem. Their servers are responsive and well configured and support is very responsive and knowledgable, although i used their support only a handfull of times during these years because things just work fine.
