Impressed by Fast, Efficient Billing Support I just wanted to share my recent experience with RamNode. I had a bit of an issue with my account and billing, and some charges were taken off my credit card in error. I was more than a little bit annoyed and decided to log a support ticket. To my surprise, I received a reply almost instantly and I was blown away by their response. There was no back and forth or hassle, they just refunded the charges immediately. Excellent quality for a low price Been a customer since 2014. One of my servers has been running non stop since 2016, and as far as i remember it has been down only once, however it was back up fast, and they gave information and updates on their status twitter. Excellent service for the money. Excellent service for the money. I configured my OpenVZ VPS in Los Angeles node with Centos 677 days ago and it still up and running with various sites hosted there. I never had any problem with the hosting service and when I had some question the support was fast, responsive and competent.
