Multiple Tech Issues First problem was having our site pointing to Ramnode from GoDaddy - Sean P. was instrumental in getting me the right information in a timely manner to get GoDaddy to redirect us, as this was impacting our email services. Second problem was getting the emails to work, again Sean P. was diligent in getting me right information without going in circles or having to give a long drawn out explanation - it was as if he was able to read my mind and what I was going to say next. He gave me options and alternatives for future needs. Over the last 2 weeks, dealing with countless of techs from Ramnode and GoDaddy, it was refreshing to get someone like Sean P. to help efficiently and effectively.
