GBThe “Self-Checkout” Line The customer service representative did very little to provide assistance. Luckily, I am somewhat familiar with technology. Otherwise, we would have been unsuccessful at connecting our Smart TVs. This system is antiquated and ridiculous. I have traveled all up and down the coast and have never had to go through this unnecessary process to watch TV!

FRCouldn't get the Internet to work Couldn't get the Internet to work that we paid for in a camping ground whilst visiting Canada from Europe. After two days, I got a reply to my email stating that I had to call. Sadly, this was too late for me, and also because of my European phone I couldn't call them. I replied to the mail and was then ignored. $30 for nothing. Can't recommend of course. Signup email was bc@ the domain name you already have.

GBNot user friendly at all Not user friendly at all. We are trying to connect a firestick at a campground. Customer service was useless. Never could get connected. I guess if a company makes it so difficult to use, they're going to keep the bad guys out too

GBExcellent Service I called the number provided, and was connected with Malcom who was incredibly patient, and helpful. It took a bit to rectify the issue, but he was able to sort it out, and I’m now connected. Thanks so much! I appreciate it!

GBI was so thrilled… I was so thrilled with the customer support and service I received!! I think the man who helped me was Charlie (?) I called yesterday and he was the most patient kind individual and really knew his trade. Thank you so much for being the kind of company you are that answers the call promptly and staffs with people like the man who resolved my issue!
