He didn’t get frustrated with my lack of knowledge at all and worked with me until we got everything set up. Just in time for my husband to watch The Masters!

I wish I could remember the gentleman‘s… I wish I could remember the gentleman‘s name that helped us. Being a full-time RVer we always find ourselves having to speak to some type of service agents. The interaction we had with this rep was absolutely unbelievable.
