GBI wish I could remember the gentleman‘s… I wish I could remember the gentleman‘s name that helped us. Being a full-time RVer we always find ourselves having to speak to some type of service agents. The interaction we had with this rep was absolutely unbelievable. Polite, courteous, informative, and did not stop working with us and talking to us until our problem was resolved, which took less than five minutes. I can’t say enough about the service we received.

NLToday I woke up with no internet again Today I woke up with no internet again. I'm with Tengo now for 22 days and in those 22 days I've phoned Tengo more than 10 times. The service person solved the problem adequately but Tengo itself is the problem. I should have uninterrupted "premium" service for what I pay monthly. Again, the agent was great but the company is not till now.

GBI spoke with Sandra in tengointernet… I spoke with Sandra in tengointernet support. She was very knowledgeable and very eager to help me with my issue. My problem was solved and she also helped me get my fire tv up and running on tengointernet. Excellent service. Thank you Sandra.

CAOverall decent network service This is probably more of a 4.5 star review, since we had occasional network issues, but overall we are satisfied. We will be using your services next year.(we are snowbirds)

FRCouldn't get the Internet to work Couldn't get the Internet to work that we paid for in a camping ground whilst visiting Canada from Europe. After two days, I got a reply to my email stating that I had to call. Sadly, this was too late for me, and also because of my European phone I couldn't call them. I replied to the mail and was then ignored. $30 for nothing. Can't recommend of course. Signup email was bc@ the domain name you already have.
