GBI wish I could remember the gentleman‘s… I wish I could remember the gentleman‘s name that helped us. Being a full-time RVer we always find ourselves having to speak to some type of service agents. The interaction we had with this rep was absolutely unbelievable. Polite, courteous, informative, and did not stop working with us and talking to us until our problem was resolved, which took less than five minutes. I can’t say enough about the service we received.

GBExcellent customer service Wow! Your tech Malcom is absolutely amazing. I consider myself tech savvy but could not get my TV to connect to the RV park's wifi. He was extremely patient and helpful. Even called me back when my cell reception went south during our call. Kudos to Tengointernet for hiring amazing support people like Malcom. He deserves more than a 10 so I'm giving him a 20!
