Beware of Optimum Wellness Plan Wellness plan is a bait and switch. They sell you on discounted prices then upsell you on services during the term of the agreement negating any savings you thought you would achieve. Also the discontinue process is unnecessarily time consuming. They force you to speak to a representative rather than just have a box you can click on in the customer portal to not auto renew. A hyper agressive business model with a smile on their face. Beware.

If there was less than a star I would… If there was less than a star I would have picked that one. I was unfortunate to have my senior dog pass while I was moving to our new house. In stead of keeping my Banfield account they cancel the account for my service dog. While my dog who passed away almost a year ago, I still get to pay his Banfield wellness plan. But my service dog who is alive can’t be seen 🤦🏽‍♂️

I have no idea where to begin with this… I have no idea where to begin with this nightmare other than to say RUN DON'T WALK away from Banfield if you love your pet. Your pet will get zero medical attention but yet you will wait 90 minutes and never lay eyes on a veterinarian and that's only one example of the nightmare. If you even try to contact or write an email no one will ever get back to you

Every single time I call to make an… Every single time I call to make an appointment, nobody ever answers the phone. I've transferred my other dog to a different practice for this reason. I'm about ready to transfer my other dog out too. They need more competent CSR help.

Avoid Banfield, save your fur baby. The vets at the Goodlettsville Banfield Hospital told us my 9-month-old puppy was suffering nausea and GERD and told us to give him Pepcid, etc. We took him to an actual vet, and as it turns out, he has epilepsy. Devastating, but at least we can move forward. AVOID BANFIELD AT ALL COST!
