GBThe best platform for agencies We've been loyal Campaign Monitor users for well over 10 years (!!), and in that time, we've always found it to be incredibly easy to manage our clients as sending organisations under ours. The other 'killer feature' is the email builder. It's gone through a number of changes over the years. Still, fundamentally it has always remained effortless and intuitive to use, making custom-designed and responsive emails simple to put together. We've tried a bunch of other platforms over the years as clients have come to us with their existing tools, and I can safely say there's no other email platform that comes close to the UX. 👏

GBPoor support Help desk is slow, even for a simple question, despite the fact that we pay for support (as required by the contract). Chat support is only a bot so if the bot directing you to the existing help entries can't help you, you have to wait a day for a response.

GBShocking support Shocking support, I haven’t been able to log in all day or get any help accessing my account so haven’t been able to launch a campaign potentially costing my business thousands in lost revenue. Trying to log in on different devices causes more errors with waiting with codes to arrive which never do and the best bit…. They say to get support log in to your account 😡😡😡

GBGreat customer service and interface Great customer service, easy to use and enjoyable to use interface, really helpful and prompt at responding and getting to the bottom of any issues, although the issue I had was my own error and nothing to do with the application! They were still really helpful and sorted my problem promptly, with easy to follow advice and support.
