Quick fix of a broken link Sent out an email campaign late Friday afternoon, with one link that didn't work. CampaignMonitor were able to quickly change the link destination so that those that opened the email going forward would be sent to the right place. Saved me from having to send a dreaded 'Sorry that email contained a broken link' follow-up!

Poor support Help desk is slow, even for a simple question, despite the fact that we pay for support (as required by the contract). Chat support is only a bot so if the bot directing you to the existing help entries can't help you, you have to wait a day for a response.

Great program, awesome customer service I've been using CM for many years and am very happy with it. They also keep implementing improvements and making it easier to use. Their customer service team ranks as one of the best that i have experienced. Response time is super quick and their solutions to resolve an issue is relevant useful and delivered with kindness. The best platform for agencies We've been loyal Campaign Monitor users for well over 10 years (!!), and in that time, we've always found it to be incredibly easy to manage our clients as sending organisations under ours. The other 'killer feature' is the email builder. It's gone through a number of changes over the years. Still, fundamentally it has always remained effortless and intuitive to use, making custom-designed and responsive emails simple to put together. We've tried a bunch of other platforms over the years as clients have come to us with their existing tools, and I can safely say there's no other email platform that comes close to the UX. 👏
