Late in day query rapidly and effectively resolved. Had a query about reaching out again to people who had not opened an earlier email. Asked very late on a Friday afternoon and got a helpful immediate automated response. That was followed very quickly after by a very detailed and very helpful response, which contained very good advice and additional links to help me. I'm most impressed by the thoughtful care my enquiry received and the good advice given - automatically and particularly with the in-person followup. Clearly, the Campaign Monitor organisation is strongly customer focused and well staffed, and so one I strongly recommend.

Shocking support Shocking support, I haven’t been able to log in all day or get any help accessing my account so haven’t been able to launch a campaign potentially costing my business thousands in lost revenue. Trying to log in on different devices causes more errors with waiting with codes to arrive which never do and the best bit…. They say to get support log in to your account 😡😡😡

Curtis from support went above and beyond Curtis from support was amazing! I am new to email campaigns and he was able to help me with everything from authenticating my domain to cleaning up my subscriber list and even best practices for increasing open and click rates. He really went above and beyond.

Amazing Support Team Campaign Monitor is a great platform and support team is amazing! Dealing with technical email issues is always daunting but after asking for help a few times, I am now always at ease that any issue I encounter will be handled well and ultimately resolved! Thank you all!

Great customer service and interface Great customer service, easy to use and enjoyable to use interface, really helpful and prompt at responding and getting to the bottom of any issues, although the issue I had was my own error and nothing to do with the application! They were still really helpful and sorted my problem promptly, with easy to follow advice and support.
