New to this ESP and so far, so good I am new to this ESP and have lots of questions about the user interface. Every time I reach out to the support team, they are fast, friendly, professional and very helpful. They understand our needs and make us feel like our business matters to them.

Great customer service and interface Great customer service, easy to use and enjoyable to use interface, really helpful and prompt at responding and getting to the bottom of any issues, although the issue I had was my own error and nothing to do with the application! They were still really helpful and sorted my problem promptly, with easy to follow advice and support.

Shocking support Shocking support, I haven’t been able to log in all day or get any help accessing my account so haven’t been able to launch a campaign potentially costing my business thousands in lost revenue. Trying to log in on different devices causes more errors with waiting with codes to arrive which never do and the best bit…. They say to get support log in to your account 😡😡😡

Quick fix of a broken link Sent out an email campaign late Friday afternoon, with one link that didn't work. CampaignMonitor were able to quickly change the link destination so that those that opened the email going forward would be sent to the right place. Saved me from having to send a dreaded 'Sorry that email contained a broken link' follow-up!
