The best platform for agencies We've been loyal Campaign Monitor users for well over 10 years (!!), and in that time, we've always found it to be incredibly easy to manage our clients as sending organisations under ours. The other 'killer feature' is the email builder. It's gone through a number of changes over the years. Still, fundamentally it has always remained effortless and intuitive to use, making custom-designed and responsive emails simple to put together. We've tried a bunch of other platforms over the years as clients have come to us with their existing tools, and I can safely say there's no other email platform that comes close to the UX. 👏

Shocking support Shocking support, I haven’t been able to log in all day or get any help accessing my account so haven’t been able to launch a campaign potentially costing my business thousands in lost revenue. Trying to log in on different devices causes more errors with waiting with codes to arrive which never do and the best bit…. They say to get support log in to your account 😡😡😡

Late in day query rapidly and effectively resolved. Had a query about reaching out again to people who had not opened an earlier email. Asked very late on a Friday afternoon and got a helpful immediate automated response. That was followed very quickly after by a very detailed and very helpful response, which contained very good advice and additional links to help me. I'm most impressed by the thoughtful care my enquiry received and the good advice given - automatically and particularly with the in-person followup. Clearly, the Campaign Monitor organisation is strongly customer focused and well staffed, and so one I strongly recommend.
