GBVery satisified with customer support After a computer crash my PixBim app reverted to the trial version. Unable to locate my license I emailed customer support. I though I would get the usual run around but I was wrong. Thanks to Nicole I had my license emailed to me on a Sunday morning. That this took place over a weekend was surprising in itself. Well done, PixBim. Thank you.

GBPixbim Colour Surprise. I have been using this program for a couple of years & I find it to be excellent. I recently bought a new computer because my old one was not as good as I wanted & I needed to transfer this software to my new computer. I sent an email to Pixbim & I had an email back from Nicole the product manager explaining exactly what to do. This lady is so very helpful. I rate her customer service as 20 out of 10. Thank you Nicole.

ISI have to give it still 4 stars for… I have to give it 4 stars for good customer service. It was complicated for me to download it and sadly i was disappointed with the outcome of my videos and didn't see them as i wanted. But i do recommend trying it. You can get trial and see how it works and you get customer help quickly.

GBAmazing response time Amazing response time from Pixbim! I contacted them on new year's eve with a problem. Not expecting to hear until after the new year. They responded with the solution within the the hour! I would highly recommend them.
