GBPixbim Colour Surprise. I have been using this program for a couple of years & I find it to be excellent. I recently bought a new computer because my old one was not as good as I wanted & I needed to transfer this software to my new computer. I sent an email to Pixbim & I had an email back from Nicole the product manager explaining exactly what to do. This lady is so very helpful. I rate her customer service as 20 out of 10. GBI had a problem on updating my program… I had a problem on updating my program and kept getting an error code 1084 so sent an email to Pixbim asking for help, was surprised how fast I received an answer with instructions what to do by a friendly agent and sorted my problem out within minutes, Customer care is top class and highly recommended

GBThe Pixbim video upscaler works great… The Pixbim video upscaler works great although you must have patience as the process is slow. The customer service is very good and quickly responsive to your questions. They are very supportive.
