Very satisified with customer support After a computer crash my PixBim app reverted to the trial version. Unable to locate my license I emailed customer support. I though I would get the usual run around but I was wrong. Thanks to Nicole I had my license emailed to me on a Sunday morning. That this took place over a weekend was surprising in itself.
