GBVery satisified with customer support After a computer crash my PixBim app reverted to the trial version. Unable to locate my license I emailed customer support. I though I would get the usual run around but I was wrong. Thanks to Nicole I had my license emailed to me on a Sunday morning. That this took place over a weekend was surprising in itself. GRPixbim's good products and customers service Good day I've purchased a Pixbim's Video Colorize AI some time ago and i had some questions about it. Nicole have been very helpful and explanatory about the use of it. Especially the difference of using GPU instead of CPU for the colorization of a video gave tremendous speed to the process. Also the tip about the previous conversion of a video to the latest mp4 format using VLC for instance was very helpful. I have also other Pixbim products. My overall experience with the product and the service of company is very positive

GBVery satisfied I Purchased Pixbim about 7 & a half months ago. I absolutely love this program & the people associated with it. They are very honest & vey helpful. Honesty is very hard to find these days. In the beginning being new & learning, I had questions of course.
