GBSupport services is 10 stars Amjad the support engineer went above and beyond his call of service. I needed a custom form made for my business and Amjad worked with me until the form was complete. There was a lot of coding work that needed to be done in order to complete the work and Amjad stayed in communication with me for multiple days and met every need and requirement I needed for this form. I am so thankful for Amjad and the service he provided for me. I am looking forward to a long working relationship with WP Forms

GBGood (but bloated) Product - Customer Service POOR The product itself is fine. The customer support people are nice - but their customer service is horrible. You cannot reach anyone by telephone. Their auto-renewal is EXTREMELY frustrating. The initial billing is about 50% of the "normal" billing and then they start hounding you with renewal messages. They will tell you they can give you a "partial refund" if you go ahead and renew at the "normal" price rather than just offering an appropriate price up front. Frankly, I like their product. I think their "normal" pricing is about 1/3 higher than it should be - and evidently so do they if they are willing to give you a "partial refund" if you renew. It feels a bit like the company is being run by folks who really love developing software - but don't like to focus on the nuts and bolts of true customer satisfaction/service. Full disclosure - I'm trying to cancel my latest purchase as I write this and I will never get involved with the company again. It was several days of hassle that was unnecessary if they just had clear and customer-centric processes, information, and support. They've lost this customer for good.

GBBug in the software There was an issue with a payment interface, fixed within an hour or two of support opening for the day. Its not the software bugs that we mind - what matters is how its fixed. This was fixed first time and quickly, just what you want from a software company. Really A+ service.
