purchase and installation of pro office for mac i had the subscripton trial and at the end of the trial period, i decided to purchase a lifetime product rather than a subscrition item. i didnt know how to remove and instal, so i contacted chat and Ray Bryan was very patient and helpful. He removed the old program and installed the one i had purchased. He also helped with a couple of issues i had with word and sorted those out. i was extremely impressed with his assistance

Office Chat Support Service.... I find the Chat support service for Microsoft Office Fantastic!! "Anne" in particular was exceptionally great! I asked if she could just take over the operation of my keyboard to install "Office for Mac" (latest version) not only did she complete this task, she showed me where everything was, how to use and how to locate for future ref if i needed to go through the process again. This would have been a cluster for me to do, she was a wizz, very professional and friendly! Thanks again "Anne"!! :)))

Ping you are my rescuer I was having trouble with the installation of my Office desktop version, it doesn't allow me to use the activation key because I also have the 365 version on my laptop. Ping helped me with the installation by logged in remotely until its done (around 1 hour). He is very patient, very helpful I'm very impressed. Thank you very much Ping ^o^

Frightful Friday I had spent nearly two hours trying to download my new office and finally got a chat going with Paul. Paul ended up taking over the computer (remote access) and performing the entire download and preparatory steps on my behalf. He set me up completely in the best possible way. Many thanks to Paul, I can think of better ways to spend a Friday evening. You were extremely patient and acted quickly to resolve.

Eric who was able to fix my issue quickly I contacted Eric who was able to run me through the process to reinstall a program I purchased a couple of years ago but had lost when my computer died, and I couldn't find anywhere to reinstall it. It only took him 5 mins to sort out for me what I was doing wrong. Thankyou June
