Eric who was able to fix my issue quickly I contacted Eric who was able to run me through the process to reinstall a program I purchased a couple of years ago but had lost when my computer died, and I couldn't find anywhere to reinstall it. Download MS Office worked well. I bought Office 2019 online from this company. Once paid I received download link in approx 20 minutes and downloaded the image file. An email with all instructions and Licence code arrived at same time. The price was good lower than other store downloads I had seen.
