GBQuality Communication & Customer Service I had a great experience ordering a portable hot tub through mybouncehouseforsale.com. They had good communication and an emphasis on customer service. And when my hot tub stopped working after 5 months, I just sent them an email with a photo and they processed a claim on my behalf and had a new one, with tracking information, sent from the manufacturer in less than 2 weeks. I was impressed.

GBWorst company and customer service… Worst company and customer service there is took my product 3 months to get to my house and I had to reach out to them to get updates I got the product a week after my event which sucked I had asked to cancel the order and they didn’t care and still sent it so I got stuck with a product I didn’t want anymore

GBDo not buy from this company, ever! Do not buy from this company! They'll tell you the extended delay was caused by the manufacturer due to supply chain issues when in fact they didn't even order it from them? I placed an order for an infrared sauna and nothing happened for a week. It took days for the owner Ryan to return my email blaming the manufacturer. I found it suspicious and called the manufacturer and found out he never placed an order with them. Subsequent emails went unanswered and I had to open up a dispute with my credit card company. Don't fall for their generous discount since you'll never see your item delivered!

GBIf there was a zero star rate I'd give If there was a zero star rate I'd give! The customer service is horrible! Ordered a product over 2 months ago still not received. Try to speak to a human and no one calls you back even when you specifically ask for a human to return your call. All communication is back and forth useless email that accomplishes nothing. The human rep who answers the phone pleasantly tells you with honey dripped apologies apologies from his lips that he's so sorry he can't help you but someone will email within 24-48 hrs. Don't fall for there pleasantries and snazzy website. They suck!

GBFRAUDULENT - I ordered a Barrel Sauna worth $5,500… I ordered a Barrel Sauna worth $5,500 that was suppose to be ready to ship immediately back in March. A few days later I got the same email from Ryan that other reviewers mentioned. He was stating that my "Hot item" had gone in backorder and that it will not be shipped until May 30th as they not longer have it in stock. I asked for it to be canceled and the money refunded. Its almost the end of May and still no refund, Ryan stopped answering my emails and I have called the office and not one knows anything and he is never there. This company uses clickbait, completely false advertising. This place is a scam Please stay away.
