GBI would give the seller zero stars if I… Customer service sucks and seller was not true to his word regarding issuing me a refund. I would give the seller zero stars if I could. To the seller, Ryan, I say to him, “Failing to keep your word is not good for your business. You are not only breaking your own agreement/policy, you are misleading your customers.” He approved my refund, agreed to issue me a refund within 5 business days, and then went back on his word. I’ve communicated with him via email several times, each time with an excuse. Not cool, man!

GBDo not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company! They will send you emails about your HOT ITEM to make it seem like it is on its way. They will seem like they are really good at replying and do their best to seem legit. When you ask for a refund, the continue to delay the process but still will respond causing you to think they are legit. By the time you realize that it is a scam, it is too late to get the credit card company to do anything about it. They are also are providing false information by displaying a fake "BBB Accredited Business" stamp on their website.

GBThis company is a rip off. I ordered a hot tub over a year ago. I never received it. Called and texted several times to get either a refund or the tub. I was assured of getting one or the other and I have not. I am out $360. This company is a rip off. I kept calling, kept emailing. Nothing. I d give them less than one star if I could.

GBCustomer Service was amazing We had an issue with the purchased item being out of stock. Customer service reached out and helped with suggestions to replace the out of stock one. Super helpful and supportive. We even got an extra gift of balls for the problem! Appreciate the support.

GBI am happy with the product and would recommend to others. Bounce house water slide was shipped in new condition with no damage during shipping. It has seen regular use for kid's birthday parties and is a real hit. The bounce house seems ruggedly constructed with good materials, and seems like it will last for a reasonably long time. I am happy with the product and would recommend it to others.
