Do not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company! They will send you emails about your HOT ITEM to make it seem like it is on its way. They will seem like they are really good at replying and do their best to seem legit. When you ask for a refund, the continue to delay the process but still will respond causing you to think they are legit. By the time you realize that it is a scam, it is too late to get the credit card company to do anything about it. They are also are providing false information by displaying a fake "BBB Accredited Business" stamp on their website.

This company is a rip off. I ordered a hot tub over a year ago. I never received it. Called and texted several times to get either a refund or the tub. I was assured of getting one or the other and I have not. I am out $360. This company is a rip off. I kept calling, kept emailing. Nothing. I d give them less than one star if I could.

FRAUDULENT - I ordered a Barrel Sauna worth $5,500… I ordered a Barrel Sauna worth $5,500 that was suppose to be ready to ship immediately back in March. A few days later I got the same email from Ryan that other reviewers mentioned. He was stating that my "Hot item" had gone in backorder and that it will not be shipped until May 30th as they not longer have it in stock. I asked for it to be canceled and the money refunded. Its almost the end of May and still no refund, Ryan stopped answering my emails and I have called the office and not one knows anything and he is never there. This company uses clickbait, completely false advertising. This place is a scam Please stay away.

SCAMMERS... wish I would have seen these reviews first!! Ordered a slip n slide ( after confirming via their online chat) that item was in stock and ready to ship. Paid online, then received email saying wouldn't be ready to ship until June. I called and spoke to Genesis- she advised she cancelled order and would refund card in 24-48 hrs and I'd receive a confirmation email. Never received email. Still haven't received refund. Received email from Ryan asking about another, larger, more expensive item that is for sure in stock. I agreed, then they messed up the 2nd invoice. I've called Ryan numerous times( never available and never has called back) and emailed ( Ryan also.. if he's even a real person!) and no response since my latest email 3 days ago. I'm filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's office and Consumer complaint dept along with calling my credit card company and reporting this charge as fraudulent! Unbelievable company. I don't know how they are still in business scamming people daily!
