Dropshipping Scam Beware Financed a bounce house that was in stock ready to ship in June through Ryan, signed leasing agreement and paid document fees to be told afterwards that the bounce house could not be manufactured until the end of the year now. It has been over a month with no resolution and little to no responses by email or phone with Ryan. They have received $2,298 from the leasing company and I have now made a payment on a product I have not received. Dropshipping scam beware!

Quality Communication & Customer Service I had a great experience ordering a portable hot tub through mybouncehouseforsale.com. They had good communication and an emphasis on customer service. And when my hot tub stopped working after 5 months, I just sent them an email with a photo and they processed a claim on my behalf and had a new one, with tracking information, sent from the manufacturer in less than 2 weeks. I was impressed.

Try to speak to a human and no one calls you back even when you specifically ask for a human to return your call. All communication is back and forth useless email that accomplishes nothing. The human rep who answers the phone pleasantly tells you with honey dripped apologies apologies from his lips that he's so sorry he can't help you but someone will email within 24-48 hrs. Don't fall for there pleasantries and snazzy website. They suck!
