When you have questions you get answers either by chat or phone. Even the online repair request makes it easy to keep a list of things to do. And the ability for tenants to upload photos helps. Amazing follow up for any questions and a great product

They are horrible They are horrible! Every month like clockwork I get an email from RentRedi stating 3 of my past tenants bank drafts has failed! I haven’t used RentRedi for quite sometime but yet they still continue to try and draft from past tenants bank accounts. This should be against the law! Your bank account is your lifeline! I have written numerous emails and complaints telling them to stop only to be told to go on to the app and request to cancel! I don’t have or use the ap anymore!!!! I have called the phone number they have listed left several messages with no calls back. They act like want to help but they do nothing. Horrible horrible horrible!!!

This is a timesaving service for… This is a timesaving service for landlords. The best thing about it is you are able to track yearly rent increases and the tenant has a lot of options for payments. I've used it for over three years and recommend it. There is good support too, I am always able to contact a human quickly from their chat feature and the people who respond really know the software and have good answers.
