Logged in each time and it keeps telling me I need a SN when support told me I didn't for this version...keep getting auto-support. I need to use this to get my work done. help

Useless, because I can't access my serial number I purchased this product a week ago, but I can't use it because I never received my serial number. The tech support's response to my email messages have simply been telling me to set up my account, but the links I have been sent to do this simply result in 404 errors or, in one case, being told that I am not authorized to access it because I am not the Team Administrator.
