PDF nitro is the best PDF software available and I must say it is very easy to use and utmost user-friendly. It has great features for me as a researcher. When I send some research paper and get a galley proof of that paper. Then PDF nitro is most valuable software which I can rely on. I must recommend it for all my research fellows.

Way better value than Adobe Been using Nitro for a few years, I only need basic PDF editing and their software does everything I need for a fraction of Adobe's prices. Definitely recommend!

Company Policy Unfair to Loyal Customers I had to buy a new computer and then install Nitro Pro 12 on it, but I was not allowed to register and activate the software. Instead I was given the only option to upgrade to the most recent version although it offered me no benefit to do so. This is the only software that I was not able to install on my new computer and it clearly distinguishes Nitro from the others as being motivated by greed. It clearly demonstrate they do not place their customers above profit. Loyalty works both ways.

Useless, because I can't access my serial number I purchased this product a week ago, but I can't use it because I never received my serial number. The tech support's response to my email messages have simply been telling me to set up my account, but the links I have been sent to do this simply result in 404 errors or, in one case, being told that I am not authorized to access it because I am not the Team Administrator. Naturally this is my individual product - I have no team
