i keep getting mixed messages i keep getting mixed messages, did the trial, purchased, downloaded, uninstalled, downloaded again. Logged in each time and it keeps telling me I need a SN when support told me I didn't for this version...keep getting auto-support. I need to use this to get my work done. help

Customer Service was hard to reach AND SLOW TO RESPOND. Customer Service was hard to reach. It was frustrating not knowing how to contact. Very disturbed that I was sent a promo to try another version and when 10-day trial period expired I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY VERSION! I did finally hear from NITRO rep who was helpful, but I needed access faster than the slow response so I PAID TO UPGRADE MY VERSION.

Great software with awesome support! I have been using Nitro Software for over 15 yrs. I had to purchase another computer and migrate all of my software over to this new laptop. Unfortunately my Nitro Software was so old that I couldn't migrate. Because I was a long time user they provided me with a massive discount on their new version. I had already purchased a different software, but because the support was so good, I returned the software I purchased and invested back into Nitro. Way better, much easier to use and it works awesome.

Awesome Product I've been with Nitro PDF since they hit the market! I was looking for an alternative to Adobe's bloated programs & pricing, and this is when I found Nitro. Cost effective, great tools, and did everything Adobe could do. I love it, I will gripe a bit about the soaring prices however...please keep it an independent program that is affordable for the everyday user.

Unanswered Questions... Unanswered Questions.... I had to purchase a new computer and could not move my license. I tried to use the help, or should I say unhelpful link, that just kept running me in circles. Ultimately, I gave up and bought another license, only to end up with the same issues I had to begin with related to the program having to restart each time I opened a new document.
