GBCustomer Service was hard to reach AND SLOW TO RESPOND. Customer Service was hard to reach. It was frustrating not knowing how to contact. Very disturbed that I was sent a promo to try another version and when 10-day trial period expired I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY VERSION! I did finally hear from NITRO rep who was helpful, but I needed access faster than the slow response so I PAID TO UPGRADE MY VERSION.

CACompany Policy Unfair to Loyal Customers I had to buy a new computer and then install Nitro Pro 12 on it, but I was not allowed to register and activate the software. Instead I was given the only option to upgrade to the most recent version although it offered me no benefit to do so. This is the only software that I was not able to install on my new computer and it clearly distinguishes Nitro from the others as being motivated by greed. It clearly demonstrate they do not place their customers above profit. Loyalty works both ways.

GBWay better value than Adobe Been using Nitro for a few years, I only need basic PDF editing and their software does everything I need for a fraction of Adobe's prices. Definitely recommend!

GBAwesome Product I've been with Nitro PDF since they hit the market! I was looking for an alternative to Adobe's bloated programs & pricing, and this is when I found Nitro. Cost effective, great tools, and did everything Adobe could do. I love it, I will gripe a bit about the soaring prices however...please keep it an independent program that is affordable for the everyday user.
