CAGreat software with awesome support! I have been using Nitro Software for over 15 yrs. I had to purchase another computer and migrate all of my software over to this new laptop. Unfortunately my Nitro Software was so old that I couldn't migrate. Because I was a long time user they provided me with a massive discount on their new version. I had already purchased a different software, but because the support was so good, I returned the software I purchased and invested back into Nitro. Way better, much easier to use and it works awesome.

CAFair price but still need improvements in functionality Clean presentation. Fair price (but the volume discount is incorrect: you get a bigger discount with packs of 4 than with packs of 10 and you can't select multiple packs but have to create individual orders). Ergonomics and menus are still not as good as Adobe. There should be a single tab that allows you to correct within the text, add comments, add shapes (circle, highlights,...). Some of the copying and pasting doesn't work consistently.

ESAn exceptional experience with Nitro. An exceptional experience with Nitro. I've been impressed by its ease of use since I started using it. As someone that uses PDF documents on a daily basis, I'm glad to have found such a reliable solution. Additionally, the customer support team has proven to be helpful at all times. I would highly recommend Nitro to anyone looking for an efficient and professional tool for PDF document management.

BBNon Existent Customer Service Tried to move my 2-year old Nitro Pro license to my new laptop. Deactivated the old license but cannot re-activate it on the new computer. Customer Service is TOTALLY NON EXISTENT! On the website they send you from one page to the next without the possibility of contacting them. You have to insert your license number which they claim is not valid. A polite message posted on their community forum is deleted by the moderator. It seems to me they do not want to honour Nitro Pro licenses and want you to buy a new license. Will use an alternative, never again Nitro!

CAYour customer support is deficient. Over time you will lose. I had version 3 installed and working well until my computer went on the blink. It was still under warranty so a replacement was supplied. Data was reinstalled but not so applications. When attempting to reinstall Nitro (updated in 2022) following procedure, serial number was never recognised and no response from support. Had to buy version 4 but feel having been had.
