I tried to use the help, or should I say unhelpful link, that just kept running me in circles. Ultimately, I gave up and bought another license, only to end up with the same issues I had to begin with related to the program having to restart each time I opened a new document.

Fair price (but the volume discount is incorrect: you get a bigger discount with packs of 4 than with packs of 10 and you can't select multiple packs but have to create individual orders). Ergonomics and menus are still not as good as Adobe. There should be a single tab that allows you to correct within the text, add comments, add shapes (circle, highlights,...). Some of the copying and pasting doesn't work consistently.

Company Policy Unfair to Loyal Customers I had to buy a new computer and then install Nitro Pro 12 on it, but I was not allowed to register and activate the software. Instead I was given the only option to upgrade to the most recent version although it offered me no benefit to do so. This is the only software that I was not able to install on my new computer and it clearly distinguishes Nitro from the others as being motivated by greed. It clearly demonstrate they do not place their customers above profit. Loyalty works both ways.
