GBImmediate notification of identity theft Without this service, I wouldn't have known that someone stole my identity and tried to set up a bank account. The rep was great and we had this shut down immediately and she sent me great info to prevent other uses of my identity.

GBUnable to give 0 stars During the period I had AIP my bank account was tampered with. My Wife caught that and had it corrected thru our bank. Additionally during the period I had AIP, our company provided wellness program was hacked and our personal info including our SSIs were compromised. Yet every month AIP reported all was good. I made it a point to cancel this worthless service.

GBJordan was incredible Jordan was incredible and put me at ease. He helped me through each step of the process of shutting down any attempts to use my identity and followed up on any open cases. He called credit card companies and AT&T with me to help get things sorted out and figure out next steps. I am so grateful I had him helping me through this -- he helped me avoid a nervous breakdown!

GBText messages do NOT get successfully… Text messages do NOT get successfully sent to Canadian phone numbers when individuals are out of country. We are snowbirds but the app does not allow us to put a “1” in front of our phone number. When the alternative method of sending the security code via email is used once the code is entered it immediately asks you to send the code send via text message….so needless to say it just becomes an unsuccessful frustrating experience!

GBWebsite is trash Website is trash. Although I like the coverage their website is absolutely terrible. Always has issues or you cannot login.
