Well as a new owner operator prepass… Well as a new owner operator prepass customer service is grate very helpful with the whole process. They don't take up a lot of your time they try to get you going as fast as they can. They prices are fair their not out dig in our pockets.

Good and bad 1. Positioning on their unit is credical as they tell exactly where to place it. 2. Light is hard to see in daylight. 3. Sometimes light never comes on green or red.

Expensive. Charge a ton of hidden fees. Check their invoices! Super expensive and Zero Customer service! They charge us huge fees even on transponders that we no longer have. In addition, each time we receive a toll violation - due to technology defects, we send the violation to Prepass so they can take care of it. But, instead of paying only for the toll- they pay the VIOLAITON IN FULL, with all outstanding fees!
