Toll coverage is great, bypass not so much. Toll coverage is great. Customer service is great. Bypass iffy at best; doesn’t work much of the time and the transponder has actually caused me to go into weigh stations because PrePass didn’t update my GCWR to the correct amount. Seems to be working okay now.

Great addition to the truck I've only had PrePass for a short period but it's been great thus far. My only complaint is that sometimes you're right at the weigh station before you get the bypass light. This may be an issue with the weigh stations themselves (I'm not 100%). I hate having to slow down to enter the weigh station only to get the green light to bypass. It's a journey getting back up to 65 at 80,000 pounds.

Expensive. Charge a ton of hidden fees. Check their invoices! Super expensive and Zero Customer service! They charge us huge fees even on transponders that we no longer have. In addition, each time we receive a toll violation - due to technology defects, we send the violation to Prepass so they can take care of it. But, instead of paying only for the toll- they pay the VIOLAITON IN FULL, with all outstanding fees! Hundreds of dollars in overcharges each month! no one is answering the phone, no one is calling back to explain this. Cristina with Golden Way Trucking
