Good and bad 1. Positioning on their unit is credical as they tell exactly where to place it. 2. Light is hard to see in daylight. 3. Sometimes light never comes on green or red.

Worth every dollar Look, it's simple.. Do you want to sit in line at every scale..? No.. well, this is the answer. Even if you only bypass one a day it's TOTALLY worth it .. and customer service is awesome too...

Expensive. Charge a ton of hidden fees. Check their invoices! Super expensive and Zero Customer service! They charge us huge fees even on transponders that we no longer have. In addition, each time we receive a toll violation - due to technology defects, we send the violation to Prepass so they can take care of it. But, instead of paying only for the toll- they pay the VIOLAITON IN FULL, with all outstanding fees!
