Really streamlined property management… Really streamlined property management company. It was so easy to find a rental home and do all the steps necessary to move-in. The Trustmark employee, Raquel, at the Harker Heights office was super friendly and helpful for any issue that I had. Highly recommend!

It was easy & quick It was easy & quick . I took over someone’s lease so I had to use another address and they had to switch it once the application came through . They do ask for a lot of information but less than 24 hrs I got approved and got my keys a couple days later . So far I love this company !

Expect days in between communication with Findig chat I lost the first house I chose because it took over 2 weeks for my application to be reviewed by Findigs. Then, on the second house I chose, it took 2 days on average to get a chat response from a Findig rep. Pretty much the worst renting experience I’ve ever had…

Positive experience Everyone we talked to was super nice and helpful. The only problem is that there are too many people talking to you. If they had a question regarding our application, we would answer it, then another person would ask the same question. At the same time, if we asked a question, more than one person would answer and once we even got 2 different conflicting answers. That was confusing.
